Sugarflair Pink Chocolate Colour

Is an oil based paste gel colour specifically formulated for chocolate colouring or for other ingredients with a natural high-fat content such as chocolate.

This colour is also ideal for use in creating chocolate transfer sheets and for use also on assorted chocolate moulds. This chocolate colour is made primarily from cocoa butter.

It is important to note that this chocolate colouring is specifically for use with chocolate and will not work well if used with water based ingredients such as royal icing or even on normal fondant. As we all know, water and oil are not the best of friends when it comes to mixing.

In order to mix well, always ensure you are mixing with melted chocolate, preferably white chocolate., producing a vibrant and eye catching burst of colour! As a recommendation, max mixing is 4 grams per kg of chocolate

The colour is packed in a resealable container of net weight 35 grams. Also note, due to various shades of resolution on computers and phone screens, the colours shown are representative only and may look different slightly when the colouring is used, also depends on intensity of the colour applied.
