Puratos Whippak Whipping Cream 1 Litre is the alternative cream for cake decoration for frosting, filling and creaming cakes. It is a plant based non dairy cream for all decorations and also ideal for toppings for pastries such as ice cream, coffee drinks, cupcakes, cookies and muffins. The whipping cream has a low fat content and neutral sugar content. It is plant based and processed using UHT process. It is white in colour and is not sweetened.

Puratos Whippak whipping Cream is easy to use due to its ability to colour easily, either by adding gel colour or by spraying it with cocoa powder. Puratos Whippak Whipping cream is stable and you can work with it for long while creaming it.

To prepare, whip using a PhillSoft Hand or Stand Mixer until it forms. The Whippak Whipping Cream topping once whipped is extremely smooth, easy to spread, and does not form air bubbles. It does all this without forming cracks or colouration. The whipping cream is trans fat-free, cholesterol-free, GMO-free.
