This Metallic Icing Scraper with Straight Edges is made from 100% Food-grade Stainless Steel. It is ideal for buttercream icing and also for soft icing as well as applying smooth edges of whipping cream. The size is approximately 23 cms by 7.5 cms and the width is 1 cm. It also has a blue strip for easy holding while using it.
