is a fast acting yeast that is very easy in mixing. It is also known to have a much longer shelf life than fresh yeast. No refrigeration required and the packaging is air tight ensuring that the yeast is very intact without coming into contact with air prior to opening the pack.

For general use, just add yeast to be about 1% of the flour for best results. Follow the recipe as per the pastry you are baking.
