This edible writing pen is safe for use and is made of specially formulated food grade edible ink. The pen is used for variety of applications including on cookies, fondant as well as dry chocolate.

The pen is perfect for use with stencils as well as free hand making letters as well as drawings or characters on any creation you make.

The pen has a long shelf life of 18 months from date of manufacture. For proper storage, it is recommended to wipe a few times on a clean paper. Immediately after use, always replace the cover to prevent the tip from drying.
