This is a unique blend of food colour that loves the fats and oils in your baking. They allow you to achieve a rich and stunningly vibrant, consistent shades that will not fade

The colour can be used in Fondant, Buttercream, Swiss Meringue, Chocolate, Cake Batter, Ganache, Sugarpastes and more. It also works in flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes and more.

The colour mill food colouring has a high concentration which means you use very little to achieve the desired colour. You should apply using the end of a toothpick and mix well till you reach the desired colour. Also remember, the colour becomes darker with time.
