Chefmaster Yellow Powder Candy Colour 3 grams is a very high concentrated powder food colouring or colour. It has a variety of uses and can be used in colouring chocolate, cakes, cream, buttercream, fondant or icing.

These “fat soluble” Powder Colors are known to greatly impart vibrant rich color to cocoa butter and white chocolate. These powder colours will not disintegrate your chocolate as they are oil friendly. These powder colours are only to be used in solutions that do not have or require water and the powder does not dissolve in water.

This candy powder colour is gluten free, peanut free, egg free, is vegan and Kosher certified. It is made in the USA and in a facility that also processes egg and soy products.
